We know that your time out of the office needs to be time well spent. Thanks to your feedback, we’re hosting both events at the same time, instead of a week of back-to-back conferences.

This shift in scheduling provides many benefits. With a single registration fee, you automatically gain access to two full days of educational sessions, valuable networking and deal-making opportunities with capital providers at both conferences. For the cost of one event, you’ll have the freedom to choose from more than two dozen sessions—12+ dedicated to skilled nursing and 12+ dedicated to private-pay seniors housing. While these sectors are different, there is overlap in terms of challenges and opportunities.

Registration Rates

Save more than $400—register by the Early Bird Deadline, February 15, 2012. The registration fee allows access to both the Skilled Nursing Investment Forum 2012 and the Seniors Housing Regional Symposium 2012.

In order to receive the Early Bird Rate, your paid registration must be received on or before February 15, 2012. After this date the Standard Rate applies, and we cannot guarantee that you will be listed in the printed Attendee Listing distributed during the Forum. If you cancel by February 15, 2012, you’ll receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee.

Cancellations received after February 15, 2012, are non-refundable. After March 14, 2012, any substitutions must be made on-site at the registration desk.
